The United Arab Emirates is bracing for a spell of wet weather, with meteorologists forecasting rain, strong winds, and dusty conditions over the coming two days. Wind speeds are anticipated to reach up to 45 kilometers per hour, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.

Rainfall and convective cloud formations are predicted to impact both the eastern and western regions of the UAE, particularly around Fujairah and Al Ain. In contrast, the major cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi are expected to remain largely dry during this period. The weather authority has cautioned that blowing dust could significantly reduce visibility, urging drivers to exercise caution under such conditions.

Despite the forecasted rain and wind, temperatures across the country will remain extremely high. Abu Dhabi is expected to see temperatures soar to 46°C, while Dubai will experience highs of around 45°C. In Al Quaa, temperatures might climb even further, reaching up to 49°C over the weekend.

Authorities emphasize the importance of staying informed and prepared as these weather changes unfold. Motorists are particularly advised to be vigilant on the roads as visibility may be compromised by dust and sand.
