Unsettled weather is expected to impact the United Arab Emirates this week, with rain, strong winds, and dust forecasted for various regions. On Wednesday, inland and mountainous areas could experience wind speeds reaching up to 50 km/h, while temperatures are anticipated to rise to 41°C in some locations. The presence of blowing dust may reduce visibility in certain areas.

Weather conditions will vary from fair to partly cloudy, with convective clouds likely to develop over eastern areas before moving into inland and western regions during the afternoon. These clouds, influenced by low-pressure systems, could lead to rainfall. Wind speeds will generally range from 10 to 25 km/h, intensifying during cloud formation. Coastal areas and islands might see winds up to 35 km/h. Inland temperatures are forecasted to range between 35°C and 41°C, coastal areas between 34°C and 38°C, and mountainous regions between 26°C and 32°C.

Humidity levels are expected to rise overnight and into Thursday morning, potentially reaching up to 90% in some regions. This increase in humidity could result in mist or fog, especially in coastal and inland areas. Sea conditions are expected to remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

The unsettled weather is predicted to continue on Thursday, with clouds forming over eastern and western parts of the UAE, increasing the likelihood of rain. Wind speeds could reach 40 km/h, accompanied by occasional blowing dust. Partly cloudy conditions are forecasted for Friday, with a chance of rain in the eastern areas during the afternoon. The humidity could lead to fog or mist overnight and into early Saturday.

As the weekend progresses, temperatures are expected to gradually decline. On Saturday, convective clouds may appear over eastern and northern areas, while Sunday is anticipated to remain generally fair to partly cloudy. Humid conditions will persist overnight into Monday morning, posing further risks of fog or mist.

The forecast indicates that Wednesday and Thursday offer the highest chances of rainfall, followed by more stable conditions and cooler temperatures over the weekend, along with recurring risks of fog or mist.
